UBL-T902 on line labeling applicator, Can be related to the production line, the flow of products, on the plane, curved labeling, implementing online marking, realize supporting to spurt the code conveyor belt, the flow through the object labeling.

Characteristics of Function:
1. Optional ribbon code printer can print production date and batch number, and reduce the bottle packaging procedure to boost production efficiency.
2. Optional automatic turntable machine can be directly connected to the front end of the production line, feeding bottle into the labeling machine automaticlly
3. Technical parameters: The technical parameters of the standard model are shown as follows. Customization is available if there are any particular requirements of functions
4. Electric Eye (sensor) Adjustment: The machine is equipped with 2 sets of electric eyes, which are respectively named as object detecting electric eye and label detecting electric eye. They need to be adjusted according to the actual need in product.
5. Position adjustment: Through the electric eye stand, can adjust the sensor front & back, up & down as to meet the requirement for different products and labels. Adjustment methods can refer to the introduction of mechanical adjustment.
6. Sensor setting: The standard sensor for this machine is Mitac type electric eye. Other options forlabeling detecting sensor and object detecting sensor are available.
